of four distillations.
The first two in stainless (inoxidizable) stills, the latter two distillations in
tin-plated copper vats

The copper vats, also known as "pot stills", are used because unlike any
other distillation processes, they are able to capture and retain the essence
and unique flavors of Vertical Vodka.
